  2. Omar says:

I would like to draw the attention of concerned manufacturing and quality control section of Hush Puppies men shoes. I have been using shoes of this brand since long because of its quality and durability. However, the shoes which i recently bought (on 12/25/2011) from Karachi (Main Tariq Rd Branch) has disappointed me due to its poor quality. The shoes model is Laurence Anin Mogno 42, and after only one week use, the upper skin started peeling-off from a number of spots. More over, the inner lining is rough and not comfortable. When shown to the sales personnel, they, at first, did not accept it as a manufacturing fault and tried to convince me to use shoe polish to hide this defect. When insisted, they did not replace the shoe, but asked me to deposit the shoe, so they could send it to factory for possible repair/replacement, which may take few weeks. I requested the sales personnel that I bought the shoes to use it for special occasion next week, but they did not replaced it. This is really disgusting after sales service of product of such an International repute. I request the concerned responsible management persons to take a note of it and make a policy to provide better service to customers if they want to use name of International Brand. For obvious manufacturing defects/faults, the sales persons should be authorized to replace the shoe then-and-there so the customer can use the shoe for intended purpose without waiting for weeks. Later, they may send the defective shoe to the factory so that concerned quality control and production people can analyze it.
